I sourced a skirt like this a few years ago and I was absolutely thrilled to find another one. It’s just so amazing!
The blue and white graduated Stripey pattern makes the skirt seem fully and more voluminous. It’s also decorated with Lacey broderie anglaise between the panels of fabric.
